I’ll have to say this supplement has been great for my digestion. Helps with bloating after a meal and helps digestive system to run smoothly. I’m Impressed actually. But he diligent in taking as instructed ! Consistency is key.

I love this product!!! Before I found this I was taking up to 3 anti gas pills a day and I was always bloated sometimes had to go up a pants size. I definitely recommend this for your gut.

It works like magic!!! Exceptional product. Pointers: It is not a lozenge. Do not bother letting it dissolve in your mouth. You will regret it. It is a tablet. If you have a hard time swallowing food or medicine, do not purchase pills/tablets/capsules. Sure, you can break the tablet. As long as you don't come here to give it a poor rating because of the delicate nature of your throat. It will affect all of us whom love this product and want something to get the job done, not something to complain about. I've been having some serious digestive problems since I had food poisoning a few months back. With every meal I ate, my stomach would bloat, hurt, cause me so much pain I'd double over. Then couldn't eat for hours. This works. Due to the severe nature of what I have going on I take 3 tablets with lunch/dinner. I skipped one day two nights ago and couldn't sleep at night or eat breakfast in the am. Learned my lesson. Came back for some extras , just in case.

I do not have my gallbladder and my doctor never told me I should take a digestive supplement with ox bile! I had it removed almost 8 years ago and I have always had stomach issues and food sensitivities. I am currently on a higher fat diet and my digestive system is having a hard time processing all these good fats. I ran across a few websites that mentioned ox bile and I thought I would give it a try. I found a few on Amazon with ox bile that offered additional digestive enzymes and such so I thought well what the heck...more bang for your buck! So happy I tried this one! I have come to love the Whole Foods brand!! Try their unsweetened peanut butter, amazing! I have just been using this for a few days but I love it already. I have noticed a huge difference! The price was amazing and you only need to take 1 pill not 2-3 which is so annoying with supplements!!

So it smells and tastes like vomit, I’ll be completely honest about that, HOWEVER, it’s not meant to be smelled and tasted, just pop them in and swallow!!! Has helped me tremendously in regulating my BMs (tmi, I know) but it has! I take two after a meal at night and by the morning I have a satisfactory BM. ALSO! I do drink about 2-3 water bottles of water at night and I make sure to consume the pills with MINIMUM 8oz. Of water. I have repurchased this particular bottle and brand three times since discovering it and you can’t beat the price point for what it does! If you’re looking to help your digestion, this is it!

I’ve been taking enzymes for years and there’s many things I wouldn’t be able to eat if it weren’t for these enzymes. I’ve tried many different brands and it seems like these are the only ones that really work well and the price is unbelievably cheap, but regardless of the price I think they’re the best out there

I don't know how effective this is at helping w digestion, but I do know they have a strong smell when you open the bottle! Mom also says there's an odd taste, so I think we won't be buying this again. That said, if you don't mind strong smells or tastes, this may not be a problem for you. But again, no idea how effective this is over time as Mom only had 1 & decided this wasn't for her.
