I work from home. I am on phone nearly all days at least 2 days a week. The ear pads extremely comfortable, no ear fatigue by end of day. Charge last well past an 8+ hour day. In between meetings I can listen to podcasts, music, audiobooks without taking headphones off to put on another headset or ear buds. Highly satisfied!

First off, let me say that the headset pictured in the listing is NOT the headset that I received. I received the next generation of headset, which is correct for this listing. The headset is comfortable and the audio clarity is very clear, so on those points I have no complaints. However, I would have preferred the charging stand from my old model to still work with the new headset, but that is a minor point. What I do find significant is (comparing my old to new models,) that this newer model feels like it's made of cheap plastic and I'm doubting that it will stand up to the beating that I usually give my headsets daily. Also, while the controls on the headset are mostly similar to the older model, I do not appreciate the change in location for some them, and again, I have every confidence in my ability to break the plastic switches.

audio was good, maybe 9/10 for both audio and mic. Very light and comfortable. charging stand was "OK" it was easy enough to place them on the base, but they took a little fiddle to get them to seat all the way. im sold until this point.... however, they are no good if you wear glasses. Im known to run hot.... but my ears were annoyingly warm when I wore them. (perfect if you are always cold!) and finally, I hand a paralized arm from a car cash.... the rotating speakers are very difficult to put on with one hand.... also the small buttons and switchs are difficult. Maybe Id get use to it, but because they interfere with glasses its a no go. they are good... just not for me

Bought this one to replace an older version that I have had for over 7 years. This one was working great until it stopped charging. Will not charge on the docking station or my older docking stations or any usb cables. It is dead and did not find any way to contact customer support to see if it can be fixed. If this is it then not worth the money.

I love the headset but they don’t stay charged. I put them in in the morning and by the afternoon I get an alert stating that the charge is low. I don’t talk much throughout the day. Maybe a 20 minute meeting once or twice throughout the day.

great headset but the plastic piece broke and is no longer usable.

Watch what you ordered. I know I ordered the USB-C variant and I got the USB-A. The only way to fix this seems to be to return the order, create some e-waste and order again. Not very user friendly. Otherwise love this headset.

I’m using WebEx and when I make outbound calls, my headset mutes. If I could get this resolved I’d love the product. Until then I want to throw it across the room! UPDATE: This product has terrible syncing issues. I’m so frustrated I spent money on this product. I could have bought a cheaper reliable product.
