I use this product with another well made product, Raw Science, "Liver and Kidney Support", as they are a little short on the One Liver Support Ingredient that helps with Fat Metabolism, Artichoke, and this product is Loaded with it. My Liver Lab Work is great and starting to slowly but surely loos Weight. 150 Capsules=150 Days! Easy to Swallow and no after tase or smell.

I dummy know if this will work for everyone, but I took one capsule in the morning before eating. Before I'd know it, it was 2:00 pm already! I've lost 22 lbs. From 134-112! Good luck!
