shipping experience was horrendous
i love the shoes. ordered one pair, received them in a week. too small, returned for refund. reordered larger size. from there the experience went downhill. i called amazon, got a response that the package was coming from china, that's why it was delayed. WHAT???? i didn't like that at all, it sounded fishy to me. i finally received the shoes THREE WEEKS LATE. the return address label was from Houston, TX. WTH? i won't buy anything third party anymore. only items shipped from and with amazon. the whole experience was ridiculous and uncalled for.

Good quality
Great quality! I wasn’t expecting much just wanted to try the barefoot style shoe and didn’t want to spend an absurd amount of money and it not be for me. But these seem like they’re made very well. The back of the heel is cushioned, it’s very comfortable. The style is flattering it looks like a normal shoe. It was true to size. The toe box is wide but it doesn’t look weird in person. They do have some cushion on the bottom so idk how true that is to the idea of the barefoot but it’ll at least be a good transition to barefoot, gym shoe, and everyday shoe for me. The grip seems good so far as well.

Geeky looking, but so comfortable for my wide feet!
I have what I call "duck feet:" normal width at the heals, but then they get steadily wider to the tips of my short toes. Plus I have a bunion on one foot, which makes that foot even wider. For most of my life I have had to wear shoes that are uncomfortable, because manufacturers didn't make wide shoes, they were too hard to find, or too expensive, or too ugly, or all of the above . Lately, though, I discovered "minimal" shoes, or water shoes, and they've been comfortable for me. And I liked the idea of no or minimal arch support so that my arch muscles stay strong. I wanted to get some Whitins, but couldn't afford them. Then I saw these, which look similar. They are super comfortable for me. Be advised that these don't have a "tongue" per se: they're like a thick sock with a sole. However, you can make them tighter or looser with the laces. Also, be advised, if you've never worn minimal or water shoes, that there's not much padding under your feet: it's like walking barefoot with some protection for your soles. So, if you're standing or walking a lot on hard surfaces, these might not be for you.

comfy and fit great
Love these shoes. I have narrow feet but long toes. This means that wide shoes fit my toes nicely, but don't fit properly because my feet are actually narrow. I wear a 7.5. I ordered the 7.5 wide as recommended by amazon. It fits great. There is plenty of room for my toes to stretch out, but the fit against the rest of my feet is also perfect. The material is stretchy, which is great because it stays a closer fit without any discomfort. BUT it also has a leather(ish) center section where you lace up. This is I think what makes it perfect for me as it gives good stability. In the past other stretchy shoes have gotten too lose and didn't have enough support and ended up quickly fitting wonky. This is 100% the best of both worlds.Additionally, I have high arches, so I was really concerned whether it would cause discomfort/pain. The first couple of times I wore it, I did experience a little soreness (but nothing close to shoe "break-in" type soreness). However, once my foot adjusted a little I haven't felt any pain at all. I think it was just the my foot had to figure out that my toes were supposed to stretch out to provide the proper support.I had purchased inserts just in case, but have ended up not needing them at all.I 100% recommend these shoes. The only drawback is now I don't like to wear my other shoes as much (and they are super cute), so I'm going to buy these in more colors to make up for it. :D

Nice little shoe
*****UPDATE 061524*****I REALLY tried to love these shoes, but I have to return them. The toe box was wide enough, but the whole Zero Drop feature made these shoes unwearable for me. The lack of support to the whole foot meant that I couldn't wear them for walking at all. They were comfortable up until I started walking in them, and then my feet would swell and get very painful. If you don't have any foot issues like I do, then these shoes will be fine, but if you need ANY support at all, then pass on these shoes. I couldn't wear any orthotics or even arch supports because once I put them in, the shoe became way to tight for the height of my foot.*****ORIGINAL REVIEW*****I have foot issues, my foot is wider at the toes and the heel is normal. These shoes don't squish my toes together like other wide shoes do. They could be a little higher in the toe box, but the mesh material gives pretty well. I am probably going to order more of these, but I might go up a size to see if the fit is better. But for anyone with normal feet, order your true size, they run true to size. They are pretty comfortable, I wore them around the house to see how they'd feel. I did put arch supports in them because of the foot issue that I have and they feel better. Anyone needing a wide shoe should look into these. Your tootsies will thank you!

Made my socks go down in the heel every time I walked
I normally wear a size 7.5 in women’s and got a size 7 in these. They felt comfortable but when I walked the shoe made my sock go down in the heel. Shoe seemed a bit loose so I tried to tie it tighter but didn’t make any difference. I feel if I go down a size the shoe might be too small. I do like the fact that they have a bit more cushion than the other barefoot shoe I have (Xero brand) and I can’t feel the ground as I walk in them. I will try to get them exchanged for a size smaller and see how that goes.

Wide in the heel
They were so comfortable but they were so wide in the heel area that they just kept slipping.

Comfortable & affordable
Love these shoes! Someone thought they were the name brand NoBull. I have one pair of those (very pricey) & these are way way more comfortable. They are the “sock” style material & I have never been a big fan of those type of shoes BUT these are totally different! I don’t have a wide foot but these work ok for my foot - not too wide or anything. I’m going to try to use them for walking but they are cute going around running errand shoes. I will be buying other colors!
