Unconventional Use - Works Well!
Mine is a rather unconventional use - using to safely get in and out of a clawfoot bathtub! Because these parallel bars are so very adjustable AND STURDY they allow me to get in and out of our old tub safely (try finding handicap aids for one of these roundy clawfoot tubs! they do not exist!) -- best part is each time I do a bath, I also get a little bit of a work out because you naturally want to do a support-hold with these. So they help me step up onto the Step Aerobic Platform, and then they help me safely move from the step into tub, as well as lower myself down, and then after the bath I am able to lift myself back up, and then out. I feel completely safe (and a bit stronger) thanks to these (cat assisted of course lol)

Swing bars
I am a 170 lbs. male. I purchased the "Bongkim dip bar" mainly for swinging between the bars as I already have a dip station. The very stiff metal bars are great for dips but do not flex like wood bars do in gymnastics parallel bars, which makes swinging uncomfortable pretty fast. The trick that totally solved this problem was using very thick pipe insulation around the bars. Assembly took less than an hour. Everything feels very sturdy. Nice paint. Quality bolts. I love the price and the small footprint.

Wonderfully sturdy and affordable
I wish I would have bought these years ago. I am 6' and 190lbs and these bars can support me with literally zero wobble. Not only can I do dips, but because of the design I can swing dynamically forward and backward, going into L-sits or planche. I saw some comments saying the bars are too far apart; mine are exactly 24" apart, which was a common recommendation I saw from DIY guides to build your own. I know many people like them closer together, but I found very few options that were built for more dynamic movements, so I wouldn't let that fact steer you away if you'd like your bars to support anything more than regular dips. The powder coating is great and it pairs with my much more pricey squat rack perfectly. The only modification I'd recommend is some athletic tape or foam on the handles, but it's not necessary.

Miscalculation
The product is very sturdy and I am impressed with the quality of the materials. Instructions were easy to follow and as other reviews have indicated it took about an hour to put together. But be aware that the bars are 23” wide whereas gymnastic parallel bars are between 16.5” and 20”. I’m a small guy at 5’6” 145lb. Trust me, that extra 3” makes a big difference. If you’re a serious gymnast or were in your younger days, you may be disappointed. If I had known that before buying it I would have done more shopping around to see if I could have found another one. I will now have to do my alterations, drill a few holes and get the width of the bars to 19 or 20”. I can’t understand why they designed it so much bigger than what a standard gymnastic bar is

Solid and Stable Parallel Exercise Bars
The parallel bars were easy to assemble alone. I worked at a casual pace and took about an hour to complete the build. The product looks, feels, and operates as advertised and expected. The bars have a good adjustable range from low to high, allowing my kids to enjoy some safer bar-hangs and pull-ups. I use this product 3 times a week and have fun with the workouts. I'm able to do dips, leg lifts, and other core, tricep, and back training. Overall a great product and highly recommended. Great value for the price.

Transformative Training Tool for Strength Gains
I’ve been training with these parallel bars for a few months now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. The solid construction and grip stability have allowed me to perform a wide range of calisthenics exercises, from dips, L-sits, Romanian pull ups to static moves like front lever and planche, with confidence. The most significant benefit I’ve noticed is the increase in my upper body strength. My shoulders, arms, and core have become much more robust, and I can see the muscle definition that wasn’t there before. The bars are also great for enhancing balance and coordination, which has improved my overall athletic performance. What sets these bars apart is their versatility. They’re not just for gymnasts or calisthenics enthusiasts; anyone looking to build strength can use them. The kids love these bars too.I highly recommend these parallel bars to anyone serious about getting stronger and pushing their limits. They’re a fantastic investment in your fitness journey.
