I had a really dodgy reaction to this, made me ill: severe indigestion, heart burn so have stopped taking it. Perhaps linked to the spirulina, perhaps it just didn’t agree with me personally.

Have found these very good, although pricey, which is why I have given it 4 stars and not 5. Was getting achy legs every night and my circulation rubbish, always cold. I don't have any pain in my legs and husband is relieved, as I don't beg him to rub them anymore! Also the condition in my hair has improved and intense, ongoing hunger pains have gone! I am still exhausted although i don't help myself in this, as i go to bed very late, but it has given me a little boost.
