After a bad fall and back injury, this belt provided a lot of pain relief and enabled me to walk around comfortably during the healing process. It was also compact enough to wear clothes over it. I think everyone's experience with these types of devices will vary, but it made a huge difference for me without breaking the piggy bank.

I will say that when I use it during the day while at my desk it does what it says. It takes the pressure off my back compression. I am not on severe pain so, it is not that I am on pain then I am not. I will say it was a good buy overall.

the belt worked great ,for 3 times.but today i went to use it ,and the air valve is leaking and wont hold air .i would liked to have it replaced. thank you david.

This is yet a other case of an item designed in China by some 105 pound guy with a 24 inch waist. I'm a big guy (as most people with back issues are) and I ordered the "large" brace. They send you the small with a skinny 8 inch extension which just doesn't fit right. If you order the large and have a 38 inch or smaller waist this brace should work for you. Any larger, don't bother. It just doesn't have the comfort level where you would want to wear it...

I recently found I have several issues with discs either ruptured or herniated. In an effort to continue working as pain free as possible until a decision is made as far as permanent treatment, I purchased this. First, this product alone does help some, but ultimately falls short of providing enough force to keep my back stretched enough to prevent nerve pain. That being said, I also own an inversion table, and I have found that inflating this product while inverted and pressure is off my spine, it is absolutely strong enough to keep my discs in place enough to go through an entire day of working and long driving (over 4 hours in some cases, and work requiring moderate lifting of a tool bag). I encourage anyone to try this (though I am not a doctor and do not even want to pretend I know what I am doing...it just helped me by doing this) for pain relief.

Belt arrived as described. I’m not especially crazy over the color but options are limited. Would have preferred a more skin toned color. Belt fit perfectly on me but I suspect others may consider it a little small. It pumps up really well and you can actually feel it kind of straightening your posture. After a few minutes I could actually feel some pain relief in the lower back area. I recommend this belt if you are looking for some lower back pain relief.

Unable to use this product. Received the back brace and adapter and was able to put it on but was unable to pump it up because it did NOT come with a pump!!! Therefore I am unable to give a proper review of the product.
