Makes great and fast Egg Drop Soup
So far I love it. I got this from a cooking video that recommended it. So far ive used it to make egg drop soup from the video recipe. My grandson loves the soup and was amazed how easy it was to make in this pot. The pot seems to be good quality. It heats up quickly and the steamer is a great addition. We plan to steam some Chinese dumplings real soon.

It is small, but perfect!
This morning my little pot got broken in, and I am delighted. Some simple diced veggies got tossed in and cooked up nicely, then eggs got tossed in (6) with some cheese. The pot started out on low and got hot enough inside to cook up the veggies in short order. It stayed warm on the outside bottom but comfortable to the touch. I turned it off when I first put some egg in so as not to cook the eggs too hard too fast. The pot did get turned back on because six eggs is a lot for a pot that size. They cooked beautifully. For the person liking their eggs good and firm, they set up nicely without getting crusty. For the person who likes softer eggs, they came out just right. Clean up was a breeze. My hearing stinks so I cannot speak to any noise, but I am very much looking forward to enjoying the use of this little electric pot moving forward. It is going to be a worthy purchase (good value for the money).

So far, very good cooking tool.
Update: Here is the FB post I just did to my 2,000+ friends/followers: Lenny Living Life -- Most of y'all know that I mostly rely on my DIY Solar System for all of my energy needs. However, I do occasionally have to get a battery charge from the grid on consecutive rainy/overcast days to boost my battery bank. Because of that, I'm always looking for the lowest power consumption devices, appliances, etc. I do this to keep more of my money in my pocket, not because I'm a tree hugger. I do love trees because they are great for firewood, cooking, and heating! ๐ ๐ ๐ I often used an electric skillet (12") for cooking or heating up my meals, or sometimes the microwave, but was searching for a lower power hungry appliance since both of them would use 1,000 watts or more when cooking. I found this Dezin Electric Cooker (only $39.99) on my Amazon Store and have been using it for about a month. It has multiple functions, but the basic bottom electric "pot" also works as a small electric skillet. It will hold 10-12 chicken nuggets (for size example) and, using the low power setting (250 watts), it cooks and browns the nuggets in about 15 minutes, flipping every five minutes. The BIG electric skillet I used to use took longer and lost a LOT of the heat around the bottom and sides. This unit keeps the power inside an insulated base so there isn't much power loss to the surrounding area, meaning lower air-conditioning use also. Basically, it uses about 25% of the power that the 12" electric skillet was using. Last night, I cooked a light dinner consisting of a can of vegetable soup poured over a pack of Ramen noodles, and it was done in under six minutes. 250 watts per hour divided by 10 equals ONLY 25 watts to cook dinner last night. The bowl itself does not come out of the pot base. The instruction manual says "do not immerse" when cleaning so that is the only negative so far. I did have a stainless steel stacking bowl set where the largest bowl fit inside the pot perfectly so I used it for cooking my first meal, then used two forks to lift the SS bowl out and cleaned it so I didn't do more than wipe down the pot base. The lid fits snuggly on the pot base and there are three small vent holes to let steam out. The outside of the pot base got warm but not hot while it was cooking, which is what I was hoping for. I hate cooking where so much of the heat dissipates into the air making the A/C have to work harder. It has a low and high heat setting and while there is no temperature guage or light saying when it was "on," I did have a watt meter showing it did cycle on and off when it reached the maximum temperature. I did cook a full bowl of beans and rice. It did NOT pull the full 650 watts during the cooking process. I didn't really check the low heat side to see if it used 250 watts or not or if it stayed on thei entire time or not.

Small kitchen approved
Definitely a great item to have for someone that has a small kitchen, kitchenette, efficiency, dorm, etc. I've cooked soup, steamed veggies, made wontons, boiled eggs, and even cooked ground beef in it. It's not just for hot pot or ramen. It's easy to clean up. Love it.

Great foe dorms , cooks hot and fast
Great For ramen and simple things like that. While i was in the barracks this was my girllllll! I used her to even make Stew Chicken! I will say though it definitely will chip paint in the cooking area which is not good and u can easily burn stuff its only two cooking settings. The size is nice for one person or two! And its easy to clean and store. DONT NOT COOK WITH IT AFTER SUBMERGING IN WATER(which is something you shouldnโt do) but it will trip your outlets

Amazing cooker.
โLove this tiny electric pot! Fits great in my semi truckโhandle and pot stays cool even when itโs screaming hot inside. Heats up really fast. I browned sausage, dumped in some ramen, and boomโboiling in seconds. Ate straight out of it, no burn. Nonstick cleanup? Two swipes and done. Perfect for solo road meals.

Great for college dorm
Bought this for use in college dorm. I didnโt have high hopes for many uses but I was wrong. Apparently this pot is the best thing to have in your dorm, cooks everything from eggs to spaghetti! Well worth the price.

Awesome buy !๐
Best little pot ever!! Convenient, heats really fast- boiled up a couple of potatoes faster than the stove and just before they were done put my veggies into the steamer while my meat cooked in another pan. Presto! Dinner in 20 minutes

Light, powerful, and easy to clean! Very practical.
This thing is awesome. It's lightweight, the color is very nice and it heats quickly and evenly. The power draw is surprisingly low yet powerful. It takes zero effort to clean. The lid fits perfectly and allows steam to escape safely. The low setting is great for cooking meat, vegetables or stir fry. The high setting is great to sear meat, boil water at a rolling boil for pasta or other foods. The sides and bottom do NOT get hot, they get slightly warm so it's safe to use on virtually any surface. The power cord is a little short which is inconvenient. I wouldn't try swapping it for another similar cable as the power draw is quite elevated compared to what those generic cords are used for. Here's what I've been able to make so far: -Pasta in a rolling boil -Hamburger Helper -Ground Beef -Sidekicks pasta -Stir fry vegetables -Chicken breast
