I have tried so many different creams oils and conditioners, some with help and relief but not always great results. I just received and opened my order and applied it to my feet hands elbows and legs. The fragrance (I am sensitive to strong aromas) is a light lavender without being overwhelming and goes on smooth and easy. It’s not greasy and absorbs evenly into your skin it certainly has a cooling effect and gives almost immediate relief from the dryness. As you can see in the photo, there is a crack that reoccurs and I am hopeful that this product will help. I am very impressed at the effectiveness of this balm. I have dealt with eczema for quite a while with my feet. I have applied dollops of this balm on the affected skin and the results are amazing. I had previously accepted living with inflamed feet until my brother recommended this product. In my case, red, dry, cracking, flaking skin healed in a short period of time when using this product. No more ugly feet this summer! I highly recommend this product. Note that I applied too much with the first bottle. (I should have read the directions ! ) All you need is a small, daily dollop for the affected areas.

It is very good aroma and I enjoy using it on my feet. I put it on lightly. I feel it has been helping.

Update: I want to update my review. I found if I removed the top, I can turn the can upside down and push on the ring attached to the coils and squirt out the balm. I have not used it long enough to review how much it helps, but the reviews about it being oily are true. It is oily, but I always use foot balms at night after a shower and then put socks on right away to let it absorb. The oiliness is not an issue for me. I would love to try this product. I just need an electric drill to get into it. I pulled the tab and there was no opening. I checked the item here and read the instructions how to start it, but I could pump this thing until the second coming of Christ and nothing is going to come out. Why? THERE IS NO OPENING FOR ANYTHING TO COME OUT. I did the shaving thing it tells you not to do bec there is no opening like demonstrated in the pictures and after a half hour, I have cried uncle. I’m sharing a video where you can see where I have shaved it down and there is still no opening. Just solid plastic. I guess I will find something locally that I can return if it doesn’t work right. I have problem feet and have had one toe amputated already. I hoped this might help me. I’m extremely disappointed.

I love this balm, my feet are super soft and they stay moisturized longer then the other products Ive used in the past. This is my second bottle.

Terrible product and even worse company to deal with. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee but it's a complete lie. Never got my refund.
