Great
didn't give 5 stars just because this chiller is louder than I am used to. It isn't to say that it is ridiculously loud but louder than a little more expensive machine. Worth the trade off.

I have yet to receive a working chiller and now I have about 220 lbs of crap I have to send back
The first one came damaged. It looked as if it had fallen down stairs. I ordered an exchange and a vacuum oven with a vacuum pump showed up. Now I have to return the broken chiller and a ridiculously heavy vacuum oven with its pump. I just want my money back.
