I am very happy with this digital caliper. The value is amazing. It's easy to use and takes accurate measurements. Because it is plastic there might be a little more friction on the slide than ones that are 3x-10x more expensive but for basic home projects and 3D printing this is an excellent product. I didn't even know I needed digital calipers until my friend put me on to them. I just got a 3D printer and used them right away to properly measure an insert for my dehumidifier. Now I can't stop thinking of all the ways these will be valuable for other jobs around the house. Much better than a tape measure for certain things. Small thing, but I was delighted by the way they provided replacement batteries with the package - especially at this price point. When a company takes care of their customers like that it means a lot!

I recently got into watch collecting and reviewing over the past year, and while I already own an expensive stainless steel digital caliper, I wanted something made from a softer material that would still be accurate enough for measuring watches without risking scratches or scuffs on my collection. The Esydon Upgraded 6-inch Digital Caliper turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Right out of the box, I was impressed with everything included. It comes with a simple protective storage case, two extra batteries in addition to the one already installed, and even a small screwdriver for opening the battery compartment. I especially appreciate the screw-secured battery cover because it prevents accidental openings while using the caliper. The overall quality, durability, appearance, and lightweight feel are all excellent, especially considering the price point. Adjustability-wise, the caliper slides effortlessly and does have a bit of resistance, so it doesn't stray. Most importantly, the accuracy has been outstanding for my intended use. It consistently zeros back perfectly every time, and switching between inches and millimeters is quick and easy with the push of a button. Another nice feature is the built-in slide ruler, which can still be used if the battery ever dies. I tested it against my watches, and it is spot-on accurate as well. One of my review photos show it measuring one of my watch cases precisely at 44mm both with the digital readout and the slide ruler. For anyone looking for an affordable, accurate, and watch-friendly digital caliper, I would highly recommend this one. I am extremely happy with this purchase and it has been perfect for my personal use.

Works well and a good value. Received a defective one and seller refunded and sent me a new one. I think it’s very accurate and battery easy to access. Slide modes very smoothly.

It's great for toy hobbyist! I've been 3d printing all sorts of plastic objects and this caliper has been amazing. Very accurate I'd say since having to create small models and accessories for toys. Digital screen can switch between inches and mm. Up to the 100th decimal for inches, and tenth for mm. Screen does not have back light but I've had no issues reading the numbers. All the button layout is straight forward and very simple to use. The reason why I knocked off a star is because its made out of plastic, but I guess you can say that was my fault. Should've paid more attention to it. By no means is it a bad quality though. High recommend for plastic accessories as it would be plastic to plastic and wont scratch your models. For $8 at the time, it's been well worth its weight and would buy again shall I ever need to. Get you a metal body if you plan to do work in the shop. Exactly what I needed, a great value for some simple household measurements. Seems sturdy and well-made, initial measurements seem accurate.

A digital caliper is something I will rarely use so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. For about $6.00 after taxes this is perfect. Works great. Measures in inches and mm. Has 2 extra batteries, a mini screwdriver for the battery access and a decent case to store it in.
