It was a little challenging for me but after the first board or so, it was a real good purchase

Fine for the occasional wood worker!
Works fine, but I don't do production work. Can't say how it would be under a stressed environment.

Not bad at all...
Very nice for imported bits. Ran a few test passes with the bits installed in a router table, and the results were very good.
