After reading some as of the reviews, I didn't really expect this vest to look like the picture, and it doesn't...not exactly. Overall the vest is great. It is lightweight as stated, but surprisingly warm for being so thin. . I purchased this as more of a fashion piece than for protection from the cold, so the thermal factor is a nice bonus. I am 5'8" , 125 lbs. and modelesque in build. I ordered size Medium in brown. The color in the photo looked more golden brown than the vest I received....I would say mine is more of a reddish brown. Still pretty, but I did consider returning it because of that. As for sizing...The vest on the model must be a Large or XL. I normally would order a small, but I sized up as was suggested by the reviews. Though large enough, it still does not fit or look as pictured. The armholes are generous, but not as deep as seen in the photo. The vest is boxy, but not as wide as what is shown. I almost returned to size up to a Large, but my friend said she actually preferred the way mine fit over the photo. I decided it was fine for what I needed it for. I am surprised by how many compliments I've received on this vest from men, women and children. Go figure. Kids in the grocery store told me my vest was cool and asked to touch it because it looked so soft.LOL Definately size up if you want the boxy fit with dropped shoulders and the low armhole like the photo. The vest came vacuum sealed in a clear plastic pouch. It was well protected and did not have any kind of strange oder. It did fluff up a bit when I shook it out, but needed a good steam to smooth out wrinkles and give it some real puff. I would order this again.

This is the perfect vest to wear in the fall or winter! Love the fit of this - big pockets, big enough to wear layers underneath when it's really cold and light enough to wear with no layers when it's a bit warmer. Size down if you want a tighter fit, but I liked the looser fit of it. Definitely my favorite vest!

First, the actual Wine Red color is much deeper/darker than the lighter wine color showing on my screen, the lighter color which I really like, but that's OK. It's not very puffy -- only a little bit -- so, large-build purchasers, like me, won't potentially look like beached whales in this vest. Comfortable. Surprisingly, it's lined, and it seems well made, with tightening strings inside both bottom sides and a matching-colored, very good zipper. This is true to size: I ordered a Large at 38DD, 5'4", 175 lbs. Note that the vest is not going to keep you warm in very cold weather -- of course, it's not down filled -- in my opinion, best worn in temperatures roughly between 48 and 62 degrees. My only real complaint is that the sleeve tops don't extend out over the shoulders as far as appears in the photos...a bit but not as much. The stick thin models are clearly wearing larger sizes to exaggerate the overall look. I tried an Extra Large for that same oversized look and it was far too much material all over and unflattering for my women's large frame. Like it and look forward to wearing come spring. NOTE that it comes in a vacuum-packed bag and will be a bit wrinkled when bag opened. Let it hang outside a closet for a few days and, if necessary, lightly iron. Material: Upper, Lining, and Filling all 100% Polyester.

I love this oversized puffer vest! I LOVE This. It is exactly how described. It is oversized for winter comfort. It is puffy with just the right puff. It comes efficiently vac sealed so it ships condensed. I was worried when I saw how small the package was. It actually fit inside of my regular mailbox. They provided excellent instructions to open and steam to regain the fluff. It has become a daily go to. I enjoy it very much! I will be looking for another color to repurchase again. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for exactly what they have described.

I really like the idea of this oversized vest but I wish it were a little more “puffy”. After wearing a few times…. the vest flattened. For the price it’s decent quality and you can wear it with so many different options.I ordered medium but would recommend sizing up especially if you are looking more for an oversized style.Love the color!

Love it, light weight, comfortable, and warm when you need it to be. Color in the picture looked more charcoal but when i got it it was black.

Looks similar to my FP one. It’s held up great. I run in it and wear it casually and it’s not falling apart after 2 months of wearing it. Slightly oversized which is what I was going for.

The item itself is okay. Had some loose threads I had to cut off so clearly construction wasn’t great (but that’s kind of to be expected with country of manufacturing). Fit was cute, pretty true to size. Although it was not quite as oversized as how it looked on the model pictures (especially in shoulder area), but I don’t think I would have sized up because I feel like it would’ve looked so oversized that it wouldn’t be the “cute” oversized at that point. The puffy-ness was perfect though!Keeping it because cost was under $40 and I felt like it hit the mark just enough to be worth that price. Would not pay over $40.Shipping time was unacceptable. Debated rating 3 stars for just that. Took 2 days short of an entire month to be delivered. Way too long for anywhere, but especially for a seller on Amazon where most things come within a day or two. I would have felt a little better about the shipping time had the item blown me away, but since it didn’t then that was just another ding.
