No, it comes in a normal Hard case with USB cable and earphone jack.

How comfortable is the clamping force of the headphones on the head?

First: the clamp is adjustable, soft adjustment, that fit any head size (even mine that is huge). Secondly: the pads are soft, over the ears and excellent material. Finally: I have had the Bose Studio, Sony WH-1000xm4 and B&O H9 and they all failed to be as impressive as the Bose in terms of comfort and noise cancellation.

how to pair the headphones ? using Bose Connect App ?

You can't. Unlike predecessor models this set needs Bose music app instead.
