This is truly the best moisturizer I’ve put on my face. So many others just sit on top and don’t change my skin, but this one soaks in, completely changes the way my skin feels instantly. I cannot be without it. It softens, smooths, hydrates and moisturizes, and makes me skin so glowy. It feels slightly sticky if you use too much but for night time, I like to be a little generous. For daytime, I spot treat and keep my usage minimal because I run more oily and this method works perfectly for me. This is my holy grail moisturizer and I will never be without it as long as they’re making it. Please never stop!

I’ve used this product before it was ever sold on Amazon. I loved the product, but stopped purchasing it to find products that were more accessible. Now that Stratia is offered on Amazon, I can now keep this as a staple in my routine! I’m 24, super oily and greasy, and very acne prone. Just within the first week of using this product with the rest of my routine, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) and it’s helping with my acne too. Fun fact: if you have acne, your skin barrier might be compromised, meaning that it needs its building blocks to help replenish and repair itself. This product has amino acids, cholesterol, and ceramides which is exactly what your skin needs. I’m an esthetician and I absolutely love this product because of how lightweight it is. Great product, feels so rich on the skin.

I purchased this product to support my skin after starting Accutane and it has helped me maintain my skin barrier and stay moisturized throughout this journey! I use two pumps on my face, neck, and décolletage. Sometimes I honestly forget to layer my actual moisturizer on after using this serum bc my skin feels like it’s already been applied. I also love how easily you can turn the cap to lock the nozzle—super convenient for travel.

I like the liquid gold. I’m really into skincare, and this product improves my skin barrier and adds a beautiful glow. I have dry skin and it helps a lot. It’s very lightweight and adds hydration. My only complaint is the smell— it smells like seaweed, which I don’t like. And it lingers a bit. But I’m willing to get over it because of how well it works.

I’ve been a longtime fan of this moisturizer, but this was my first time ordering it from Amazon. Unfortunately, the packaging was a bit disappointing—the box looked opened and crumpled, and the plastic bottom of the bottle was detached when it arrived (I was able to put it back, though). Thankfully, the bottle itself appeared new and untouched. As for the moisturizer itself, I noticed some changes compared to the older version I used. The consistency is now thinner and lighter (though not runny), and the scent is fainter and less noticeable. The previous version had a stronger oily, fatty smell, which I personally kind of miss. Hopefully this updated formula will still give me the same great skin benefits I’ve experienced before.

I was hesitant to buy this product, but finally gave in after seeing it all over my TikTok. For reference, I have a combination skin type that is acne prone and is prone to hyperpigmentation after breakouts. My main decision point in buying this was my Tretinoin use and how severely dry my normal skin areas (mouth and cheeks) were becoming this winter. After some research I was aware that Stratia does not claim this product to be non-comedogenic, but after checking acne ingredient sites found this to not have any irritating ingredients. I received the product and have been using it for a few days and so far it seems to be helping with the moisture in my skin. I have been using the sandwich method (Lipid gold, Tretinoin, moisturizer) at night and before my moisturizer in the mornings. The dry patches I had near my mouth are pretty much gone and my skin has a nice glow to it. I have not found that this product makes me more oily throughout the day when applied in the morning. My skin does tend to be more sensitive and so far I have not broken out while using this product which is a huge plus for me. I did read that other were complaining of the fishy/omega smell. I do notice this smell initially but it typically goes away after a few minutes if it being applied so that is not a huge downside for me personally. I did also read comments about the yellow color and it leaving a stain on the skin, I personally have not noticed that at all, but do have a light-medium skin tone. I will update this review after I have been using the product for longer. (Update- 2 months) I have nothing but amazing. Things to say about this product. It has helped my skin stay moisturized and supple. Overall I would recommend this to those who need the extra boost for their skin. I use it every night and almost every day, and the bottle is about half way done so it definitely lasts. I have not experienced any breakout from this either.

I so desperately wanted to love this product...based on the glowing reviews from some of my most trusted skinfluencer vloggers, I was prepared to make this a new staple in my routine. The ingredients list looked promising. The cholesterol/ceramide/fatty acid ratios were right. Unfortunately, it just didn't sit well with my skin. While I was using this to help repair my moisture barrier, it actually felt a little spicy - possibly due to the niacinamide content? The texture also had a very odd, almost gritty feel? Maybe I got a bad batch. It just wasn't something that felt "soothing" in any way, in fact it was the opposite. The smell was also fairly off-putting, although I don't think it would have been enough on its own to prompt me to discontinue use. I don't want to discourage anyone from trying this product, I do believe it's well-researched and well-formulated - it just wasn't a good fit for me.
