Best battery I've ever owned 👍
Strangely this battery lasts much longer than my new Ryobi brand 8-amp-hr batteries. Not just 1/8 longer but more like 30% longer. Can't explain why. Whether it be fan, saw, drill or other power tool. This is the best battery pound for pound in my collection. The only one I don't yet own is the 12-AH but since this one is so good, I'll just get another one and not get the 12. Couldn't be more satisfied. If I was a millionaire sure I'd invest in the DeWalt collection and I do own a couple of DeWalts but I'm perfectly satisfied with Ryobi and now own 20+ of their tools and at least 14 batteries. Btw the fast charger is the best by far. Think I paid $90 for fast charger 👍

Worth the money....
Those of us baseball families love our battery powered fans. The big green Ryobi fans are awesome but they devour batteries. I got this one so it could last for two full games. I charged the battery and ran the fan on 3, the highest setting, it lasted 3 and 46 minutes. It last almost 6 hours on setting 2. This is an awesome battery, not cheap, but as we all know, you get what you pay for. Just ordered my second one.

Buying the original battery is worth it
I questioned if it was worth buying the Ryobi 9.0 ah battery or going with a clone for half of the price. So I purchased both to do my own test since I needed two down the road. Well I can honestly say the the Ryobi outperformed the clone. The clone works well and does last for some time but the Ryobi would constantly provide the power I needed and last at least 40-60 minutes longer than the clone. This is my personal experience and I am glad I made the purchase of both batteries for comparison.

The power and running time you need
I’ve got several Ryobi tools in my garage and a few assorted batteries I keep charged and ready to go. So when I fired up my new edger and only got halfway down one side of the driveway before the freshly charged 2 aH battery ran out of power I was stumped. Fortunately, other reviewers mentioned having the same experience, and the solution: a bigger, more powerful battery for tools like the edger that draw lots of juice. So I bit the bullet and ordered this 9 aH beast, and what a game changer! Now I can edge the whole driveway, the sidewalk that runs the length of our lot, and the curb that runs the entire perimeter of our property…then swap the same battery out into the blower, and blow all that dirt and grass off the driveway and sidewalk, with power to spare. This battery may be the best lawn care purchase I’ve made—it’s given all my other Ryobi tools a new life, and made yard work so much easier and less frustrating. Get one, you won’t regret it.

Good battery
I don't run these batteries down. They run me down.Course I'm not as young as I used to be.When it's hot I can drain 2 bars before I have to rest. That's with the weed eater or the chainsaw.I'm well pleased with my Ryobi tools.Your mileage may vary.
