Try this one.
These are very clean and easy to prepare. They taste right- not mushroom-y but fresh. If you are trying tremella for the first time I recommend this brand.

Perfect in Menudo
Easy to use and delicious in many things. We used this in our menudo as a substitute for tripe and was perfect! Absorbed the flavors beautifully and was just the right texture. We just let it simmer directly in the broth for an hour instead of pre-soaking.
