This arm wrestling exercise handle from J Bryant is excellent – a proper arm blaster.If you have ever used fat grips or similar attached to dumbbells or barbells then you will know just how much more it engages your arm muscles, especially in the forearm and grip. With the 2” diameter this arm wrestling handle is no different and is every bit as good.As per the photos included with this review I have paired this up with a loading pin via a carabiner clip (not included) and added some weight. When you then lift and hold in arm wrestling position via the J Bryant handle you really start to feel it working your grip, your forearm, biceps, upper back and core.Please also see photos for the measurements of the handle and of the adjustable strap.If you are looking to strengthen the muscles used in arm wrestling then I absolutely recommend this item. The handle has a real feel of quality about it that as soon as you grip the handle makes you want to go lift weight with it and the adjustable strap and stitching is also top quality. Further the handle can also be attached to a cable pulley system and used for single arm exercises.

This is a very well made handle. It feels robust and inspires confidence that it is not going to collapse under strain.The handle is just the right size and the etched pattern allows a good grip, even with sweaty hands. All stitching is strong and straps are made from high strength nylon webbing.It does just what I expected and does it well. It is a simple bit of kit and as well as it is strongly made there is not much that can go wrong. The price isn't unreasonable so no complaints from me.
