Cross Sand Art Craft Kit. 12 Craft Sets

I just did this craft which had an age range from 4 to 10 and everyone enjoyed it. It had a small funnel included. The only tough part was that the cross needed to be supported when the sand was being put in.

They were pretty but messy

Really fun for the whole family as an Easter Craft. Everything is included for each person for each cross. To make pour in each sand color slowly and tap very lightly to settle and fill cross sections. Pour in layers of colors to make different patterns being careful not to mix together. When totally filled to heaping, carefully add base completely before turning upright. If sand was not completely filled, spaces will end up at the top of your cross.

Used at religious Education class, the students had a blast! Very thought out.. everything needed in a bag!

Bought these for VBS. They were great for the younger kids and they really enjoyed making them. Plenty of sand to fill each one and have a little extra for little ones spilling a bit.

I like the organization of the craft with the funnel and individual colored sand packets. I had to buy glue to seal the cross to the base. The worst part was that most of the crosses had holes in the seams and a couple had cracked frames, naturally the sand poured out!

Received 3 broken ones out of the 12 I ordered. I needed 12...disappointed that we had to make people share. I like the idea of this craft but not worth the cost to receive so many broken/defective items.
