Silicon Mix Treatment - 16 oz. (2 Pack)

I gotta admit that I was willing to try anything to make styling my extremely kinky 4C hair easier. I've been looking at this product for a while so I decided that it was time. I mixed this with my usual conditioner (Donna's Recipe...mmm sweet potatoes).After rinsing and applying a little curl activator to my hair, I noticed that it was easier to style and the fairy knots were mostly gone! Wow!The next day I hopped in the shower and put some in my hair without conditioner to experiment. Even better. I wouldn't recommend trying it in the shower though because it does coat your skin a little bit. I can also imagine there would be a bit of a slip hazard once it runs down to the floor. But I don't regret the results at all. Oh so soft. And I finally got my hair to sweep to the side in its (mostly) natural state, instead of having to apply edge gel to achieve the same result. The sides of my head are shaved and I'm letting the top grow out so I can wear braids and locs.I wish I had a picture to show but I may do that later. I just wanted to get this review out because I'm really satisfied with this product.

We’ve used this product for years but had to stop because it was too expensive in the beauty store. If you know what it’s worth buy this one twice. These two jars will last a year. It’s wonderful for natural hair and wigs! Will bring your dead wig back to life.

I am African American with 4C hair. I recently got my hair bleached so that it could be dyed pink. My hair stylist suggested I buy this for my hair because she also used it in the salon. I use it every time I wash my hair and I leave it in for about 15 minutes. My hair is very soft and shiny. It does have a weird smell but when you rinse out your hair the smell is gone.

Really like this product. It’s needed and necessary for my hair care. Essential element to keep hair soft, smelling great and healthy. Makes hair manageable, lightweight and full bodies. Shipping time was good. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
