FITS 2024 Low Rider S
My 2024 FXLRS only needed the screw. I didn't need to replace whatever is mounted to the rear fender. I just removed the phillips screw that holds the seat. Then, I installed the finger screw and it felt like a good finger tight threaded connection. Easier that I was expecting.

Looks nice, works well if you use your own washer
I really just ordered this for the nutsert, thinking the oversized bolt would eventually wobble itself out. Sure enough, after a 45 mile ride the bolt slowly loosened itself a bit, but not terribly. Remove the soft washer and use a lock washer or similar to the OEM style washer and it won’t budge.
