It’s actually a true nude color. I was skeptical when I opened it up and saw it looked dark but it goes on light. I have fair skin and a very difficult time finding a nude. I read the reviews and people swore it’s a nude and it is! I’m so happy with this product. It does have a slight rose smell to it. It glides on smoothly and stays matte. Not drying. Great value.

I'm a neutral skin tone leaning a little more on the cool side. I've been looking for nice nudes and I finally found them! 04 is more on the light brown side nice with little makeup, 02 is a real nude for light skin and 01 is a nice pinky nude that I personally need a full face of makeup to pull off but definitely looks good! I will be trying other colors but so far the 3 pack is very appreciated and beautiful on neutral skin.

When they say "pale nude" they are not kidding!!! This is not a warm color but that may be perfect for some preferences. Very moisturizing.

Finally found the perfect one! No orange and no pink. Just a light nude beige, that’s almost impossible to find! I’ve ordered over a dozen different light beige/nude and everyone is either too orange or pink. I would post a pic but I’m old and wrinkled and would discourage ppl from buying. Basically, you get the color pictured for once.

i could've just used concealer on my lips-- there's literally NO difference. I like the matte look on lips but this is SO matte that it makes your lips look so dry -- like you've been dead for 3 years dry. It could still work with a super clearish pink gloss coat-- again, to give it a slight tint of color so you don't look like a corpse. I guess I'll have to continue my search for a super pale, natural pinkish matte lip color.

I’m in love with this shade but just like a few of the others, it seems to fade quickly and dry out my lips. Have to use chapstick as a base. That helps a bit.

This lipstick (SG01 Bare) is very pale, which is what I wanted: I was going for that "60s chic" look (pale lips and a smokey or heavily lined eye) - and it works for that look very well (think Edie Sedgwick of Andy Warhol's Factory movies fame)! The lipstick is a creamy, matte style and non-sticky, smooth, not slick, and lasts on your lips for a long time. The tube/case is slim, has a matte feel and shuts with a sturdy, satisfying click (this won't pop open in your purse). One note: If your lips are dry, exfoliate them before using or every dry flake will be pronounced with this matte, pale lipstick. Highly recommend if you are going for that 'smoky-eye, pale lip 60s' look! 💋

Absolutely love this lipstick. It’s matte but not dry. The packaging is great, price is great, and lipstick itself is amazing. Highly recommend.
