Creates a base energy through the day that I would recommend for sure. It has an earthy taste. I put it in my morning coffee. It comes with a small dipping spoon. For me, I just dip the spoon in and stir it into my coffee. You may need more or less depending.

The taste is a bit earthy,,but for a small container it comes in,,it packs a powerful jolt of energy,,relaxation and calmness,,if one knows what to experience or look for with this natural resin from the Himalayan Mountains of India,,anyway this comes with a little measuring spoon,,the direction say all is needed is a grain of rice sized amount mixed in hot beverages ie coffee,,hot tea or warm to hot water. Oh yea its been 3rd Party laboratory tested for the legitimate reasons because they are plenty of shilajit brands/sellers online who claim to be top notch,,if used correctly it should last about 1.5 months per jar container,,so a buyer may feel inclined to purchase at least 2 containers.

Works good but does not taste great

Female use for increased energy. I have Hashimoto and read it would work for increased energy. I have to admit I did have extra energy and no after side effects. Not the greatest taste but when you’re looking for a supplement that works you will not worry about taste. Not giving medical advice but it works for me.

I have been using shilajit for over 15 years, primarily sourcing it from the mountainous regions of Afghanistan. However, the first time I purchased a different brand of this product, it made me feel unwell, causing a headache. The taste was notably distinct from the usual variety I procure from Afghanistan, leading me to discontinue the use of this particular brand. i wish i can return this item

This stuffs amazing. You'll feel the difference in your energy level within three days of being on this stuff. Mental clarity, focus with no brain fog with in one week. I'm going to be a life long purchaser of this product. Did I mention I've noticed that my skin has been glowing also & has significantly improved. I'm serious, like my dark blemishes has noticeably been fading away & I haven't used anything for it so it has to be the consumption of this Shilajit product.

Tastes burnt but mixes well with a hot drink. No noticeable changes or health benefits like described, and it doesn’t last long. The container is super small

I love this product and it has changed my life. I do have a lot of energy and countless other benefits I remember when I was hurt myself by accident usually it hurts for a long time like bumping your foot up against a bad post. Usually it would hurt for days, but the pain goes away almost instantly now.
