Too many small and similar flutes makes few of them unusable. Loner ones are great.

I have tried all the flutes and they sound in tune with themselves. I have not tested how close they are with standard tuning. The very small flutes are a little bit difficult for me to get my fingers to cover the holes, seems like having small hands would be an advantage. The flutes all have a nice sound to them and going up another octave is easy. I play music for fun and have had no training so these flutes have worked out for me. The fabric case they come in was a nice addition that I did not expect (based on the picture on Amazon). The bamboo has a nice burnt aroma due to the use of heated metal rods used in making the holes. I hope the maker continues to produce good hand made products such as these flutes because there seems to be something about things that are hand made that I really like.

Most of the flutes are not tuned

It's incredible to have flutes in so many different keys and I look forward to playing in groups with this ability. It took me a little while to realize that they need to be oiled. I used sesame oil, with cloth on a stick. I now maintain with a salve. One of the flutes has a hole, which I filled with wood glue, only now I realize that it is cracked. I don't have a way to connect directly with the seller, except for this review. If you are reading this, please let me know how I might be able to replace the 19" B / FF# individual Bansari flute. Thank you.

The product is very good.

The media could not be loaded.  The G# flute does not have the stopper inside therefore the flut cannot be played.....

All of them are more or less in tune. No problems there. Some of the holes are a little rough around the inside edges but are easy to clean up. The smallest five flutes are useless to me, as they are so small I can't fit all my fingers over the holes. They might be fine for children or anyone with tiny fingertips, however, they are so high pitched that it's like blowing a whistle in your own ear. So, basically I've thirteen flutes with a nice cloth carrier for a decent price. The flutes are hand labelled with a pen and it looks pretty bad, but I didn't buy these for their aesthetics. Delivery was quick.
