I am currently struggling with my plantar fasciitis. The usual aids and solutions have not been helping at all. I usually wear a strong brace to bed when I have a flare-up but even that wasn't helping. I bought these socks out of pure desperation. They aren't anything special or magical, just tight-fitting compression socks. However, leaving the toes exposed like they do really added to my comfort. I have been wearing a sport sock over the top for extra cushioning and it significantly lessens the pain and swelling. Will buy more.

Fixed my Plantar Fascitis. Wow I had to review this. I'm a big guy 6'3 270lbs and I walk a lot at my Job. I have flat feet and my feet hurt most days after work. I wore these everyday for just over a week and both my feet feel like I am in my 20s again. They fit tight and the way they are sewed lifts the arch. I am a true believer for life now. I purchased these after fracturing my fifth metatarsal and needing support during recovery—especially when I wasn’t wearing my walking boot, like around the house for short movements. These compression sleeves have worked extremely well. I wear a women’s US size 9.5–10 shoe, and I went with the XXL. When my foot isn’t swollen, they fit perfectly—snug but not too tight. But when swelling flares up, I’m especially glad I chose the XXL. If swelling wasn’t an issue, I could probably wear an XL. They provide great support and stability without feeling restrictive. They help with pressure, swelling, and arch support, and I’ve noticed reduced discomfort during and after wear. The sleeves are well made, easy to slip on, and hold their shape nicely over time. After receiving my first pair, I ended up buying a second pair about a month later, since my recovery period is about three months long. Having two allows me to rotate them out and always have a clean pair ready. I also plan to continue wearing them after I'm released from the walking boot and transition into a firm tennis shoe for extra support. If you’re recovering from a foot injury—especially one like a metatarsal fracture—and need added stability and relief, I highly recommend these. ***A few months later and I am back walking with Hoka tennis shoes. The compression sleeve is still helping because I do 9K+ steps a day and my foot that was broken swells up a lot. The only problem I am noticing is that as time goes on and I hand wash and air dry these, the end piece near my toes curls and rides up. I wont knock a star off, because I have gotten good use out of them but there seems to be an expiration date, so to speak so I may need to discard these and buy new ones. Overall, still very helpful.

Get a size bigger for more comfort. Great compression socks, good to wear all day. I recommend them highly.

I received on April 25, wore that same day for 1 hour. I’ve been having plantar fasciitis 2 weeks prior and still painful now. During the time I wore, my pain was less. But afterwards, my pain elevated and I could not sleep. I am not sure if the pain came from the socks or it just came back coincidentally. To break the socks, the box did say wear “2-3 hrs on day 1 and add 1-2 hours daily. Start slowly add more time each day as you feel comfortable.” So I may have to try again to make sure my pain didn’t elevate due to the socks. I bought xl since my foot is a little swollen; plus, I have big ankles. The box says xl on it but the socks has an L on it. So I am not sure if that “L” on the socks means large or something. But it is very tight. So I gave it a 3-star because socks are well made.

I walk a lot at work, averaging around 5 to 6 miles a day & some days I hit 10+ miles. So by the end of the week I would be spent. My feet were so sore I could do nothing but ice my feet all weekend so I was ready for the next week. After wearing these for the last two weeks I noticed a huge difference. My feet aren't nearly as sore the next day or at the end of the week. I would say between 70 & 80 percent better. Which for the price is the best money spent in a long long time. Just be sure you notice the small "R" or "L" on the bottom of each sock. It took over a week to realize that so it may be why the percentage isn't higher. Lol. But all in all I would highly recommend these for anyone with plantar fasciitis, pain in the arches or the muscles between the toes, a true game changer!

I have Plantar Fasciitis but these are great if you suffer from swollen feet or ankles too! I got these after my right foot was acting up. I only used one on my right foot and I could instantly feel the difference walking around the house. I am on my feet 8-9+ hours working retail every day. I easily get 10,000 steps in and don't get a lot of opportunities to sit down. The compression is a 2 edged sword! It does a great job but by the end of the day my foot is aching from it. I take off the sock after about 5 hours and the ache disappears! Personally I would highly suggest experimenting with a few pairs of orthopedic insoles for your shoes with a focus on arch support and heel padding! I am very happy with "Walking Hero" Add a massaging foot roller and a golf ball or racket ball and you should be set! The pain will not go away overnight but with the right combination of insoles, support socks and foot massagers you will notice the pain starting to fade! I would say my foot got worse before it started feeling better! First 3 days were the worst! I started sleeping with these on my right foot and noticed my foot wasn't anywhere as painful to walk on in the morning! IF you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis or similar foot pain you know exactly what I mean about the first few steps in the morning! These socks align your foot so the tendons aren't as painful/stiff right away!

These are excellent! They give support to my heels which have been paining me for some time now. They're very tight, which is appreciated even feels like it's making my foot go numb, but I'm pretty sure its just the cold. Great product, will definitely purchase again if necessary

My feet felt more uncomfortable with these on compared to normal socks. I will try wearing socks over top of these fasciitis socks and see if that’s better.
