I use this two times a month as a leave in treatment. I place it in warm water, that heats the oil a bit, then apply it to my scalp. This gives my scalp a soothing feel and I noticed an increase in the rate of growth. Just ordered my second bottle. I wish that the amount was more for the price, but the price is the price, and it is working for me so I'm bought.
