its just trash
lets be real with eachother. the tool itself was really pretty and smooth and cold on your face. the gold part of the big end came off completely when i just opened the package. so i thought w.e. it can be fixed, and it could i just pushed it back on, but it could come off if i tried. then while i wasnt using it, the rose quartz came out of the gold on my big end. but i still have the small end, right? my small end came with a stain on it that i couldnt wash out. so in conclusion dont buy this yeehaw

Very Disappointing
It's beautiful- but I am very disappointed. Both ends fell off after only TWO uses. I am going to try to buy a better quality roller from somewhere else, but am sad that the roller didn't at least last for a few months. Feels like a total waste of money.

Love it!
I read a lot of reviews about people saying their roller broke after a couple of uses or even just opening the package but I didn’t experience any of that. I’m pretty rough when it comes to opening things and using things LOL I don’t use it every day because I forget but I do use it as often as I remember and I do you put a lot of pressure on it and it still seems like it’s brand new. I love that it stays cold but if I use it for more than five or 10 minutes it does start to get a little warm, that’s just because my temperature seems to run a little high for some reason LOL but I love it for the price, it’s dope!

love this face roller. Pop it in the freezer so its cold!!!I use it after I wash my face, usually in the morning to reduce bags under my eyes. perfect!

not worth the purchase
mine arrived broken but I was luckily able to hold it together... but only for a few days. the entire thing ended up snapping in half while I was using it. (mind you I was literally just gently rolling it across my face as it is to be used). terrible quality and definitely not worth a single penny.

Looks nice. Love the coldness and I feel it definitely helped push serums into my pores. Not sure why but it broke after about 3 weeks, just snapped. I do want another but not sure if this brand is it. Good buy if you’re just wanting to try it.

I had a flimsy one previously. This is sturdier and gives your a cool sensation. This product works well after a short time you see results. I'm an older person so the toning is desired
