Q: Size chart confusing. Are these big kid or little kid sizing? I need a size for a foot length of 20cm assuming big kid size 1?

Size 13 US is size 31 EU. Size 1= 32. Size 2= 33, and so on. I got my child a size 2 and it fits like his other 33. I'm very happy with these shoes as a barefoot option. They're nice and wide.

Q: If my son normally wears a US size 10-11 (he is going to be 4y) what size should I buy?

If they have a 29 you'd want that. I don't know if they do.
