Water Flosser with UV Sterilizer THZY 600ml High-Volume Reservoir Professional Family Oral Irrigator with Adjustable Pressure Setting，Dental Flosser with 7 Tips for Multiple Use

I looked at a few options and this seemed to be a good price for a water flosser with the larger tank that I was looking for. I wasn't really interested in the battery powered versions because all the reviews seem to say that the batteries quickly lose punch, which would make the whole thing pointless. One thing I didn't realise however is that because these stand alone versions (presumably) needs more power than a shaver socket is rated for then it must have a three pin uk plug - which means you can't use it in in the bathroom where you would normally brush your teeth. The device itself is well assembled. I'm unconvinced by the efficacy of the antibacterial UV light, and I'm actually slightly concerned that as the plastic that it shines through does not block UK light that it might cause the colour of the appliances next to it to start to fade, I've included a picture of the UV light element so if anyone has any ideas if this is likely to be an issue I'd be very interested. This UV light turns on automatically whenever you put the tool-holder back into the storage position and is a nice idea. I don't really have any need for any of the extra attachments as I only use it for flossing between my teeth so I only use that one style.As other reviews mention for all these types of flossers, you WILL make a mess at first. It's NOT pretty to operate so don't go into it being really self conscious (even if you do have to use in the kitchen in front of everyone because it's a 3-pin plug). Ambient/cold water WILL shock you at first. It's worth searching online a few instructional videos to give you an idea of how this works. I like to flush a small amount of mouthwash through the machine at the start, then add some warm water, floss away on the second strength setting, rinse my mouth with mouthwash and then rinse the machine through with a tiny bit, wipe the nozzle down and then put it back into the tool-holder. The whole process takes about 3 minutes, and admittedly it's a bit of faff, but I'm actually convinced by the effectiveness of the flossing itself as I can feel that I have a lot less residue between my teeth before bed. It's more hassle than the rubber interdental brushes that I also use, but it feels significantly more effective to me so I alternate between the two depending on time and patience.

Water flossers really do help keep gums healthy and this is a good one. I can't fault it. Good size water tank and plenty of variable power. I would suggest if you're using a water flosser for the first time, start off at a low power setting for at least a few days and gradually increase the power. Don't worry also if your gums bleed a bit at first. If you use it regularly and at setting that suits you, your gums should get healthier. I would definitely recommend the product.

smaller size than expected. Item has suction cups to sturdy it on surface. Water container ok in size but had to re-fill it again as some nozzles are wider and therefore drain more water. When I used smallest nozzle I did accidentally bruise my area under the tongue (I used tepid water so did not feel where the water hit=blood vessels burst)- so be careful where you aim at! Hands and equipment handle get quite wet during use. In manual leaflet there is no extra mentioning of the UV sterilizer (it's in the brush storage box)....Still early days but by writing this review one can get an extra set of nozzles (replacement tips) on which I don't want to miss out.

Well designed and manufactured product. I am impressed by the built standard and look, and effective suction cups on feet. Whether it works well as a water flosser or just a gimmick only time will tell, as I only had it for a short while.Some customers complained about the short length and stiffness of the hose. Since water under pressure has to pass through it, this is really a compromise – a longer or softer hose will break sooner and render the product useless.Some customers complained about the short length of power lead and the 3-pin plug. I would think a UK plug is a plus – a 2-pin shaver point would not provide adequate power for the device.I found the best location to use the flosser is in the kitchen, where there is a sink, water supply, level work surface and 3-pin power socket nearby. There are videos on YouTube showing how to use a water flosser – worth having a look. With a bit of practice, it is possible to use the flosser without splashing water everywhere!The User Manual is the weakest link, not comprehensive enough and no description of the UV cleaner at all.

Excellent product, my teeth feel so much cleaner using this product, far, far easier to use than standard dental floss/ flossing harps and quicker too. UV compartment for all attachments is the thing that swung it over the competition for me. Only downside for me is that it's a 3 pin plug meaning I can't actually use it in the bathroom but living in a flat means I floss in the kitchen and brush in the bathroom - no biggie! Excellent product, does what it says on the tin.

The system give you the feeling of just visiting the dentist. Excellent variable pressure setting. I found the water hose to be a more than adequate length. Excellent water tank one fill will do your whole mouth. Excellent selection of brushes and tips. Two settings, normal and massage which give varied water pulses. The UV sterizer light is a great feature. It’s early days for me using any type of flossing system be it dental floss or water system but so far my mouth feels healthy and deep clean, using this system. Would recommend to a friend or family member.

Just received this product tried it straight away and I am amazed by the results i was a bit sceptical at how good the reviews were saying it was.I can honestly say only using it once so far my teeth feel so much cleaner and my staining is a lot less so with continuing using it i think its going to make a big difference to my teeth.The only downside i would say is it comes with a three pin Uk plug so cant plug it into the shaver socket in the bathroom, but thinking about its got water in it so think its a small price to pay for safety reasons and such a great product.
