Please be careful these made my son poorly, caused my son horrific upset stomach and diarrhoea. The cost of these isn’t worth the risk I regret purchasing. Soon as I stopped thankfully his stomach started getting better.

Although these are for teens I picked them up for my young adult son, who - being Autistic - has a limited diet. The daily dose is 2 capsules so it's a one month supply - not the cheapest, but there seems to be all the main vitamins and minerals in these. My son chooses to take them separately - morning and evening. I'm sure that doesn't really matter! They're not the smallest capsules so if your youngster has issues swallowing pills they may not be the best choice - gummies may be a good alternative - but my son is happy to get these down. It's hard to measure the benefits of course but I feel confident that my son's beige diet is being mitigated a bit! I visited the storefront and they do seem to be specialists in this type of product so I have confidence in it. Other pros - no plastic in the packaging, and UK is the country of origin so it's easier to have faith in the product/ingredients, and air miles.

This review is for the teen boy multivitamins. The capsules arrive in a frosted glass bottle contained within a small cardboard box. I'm happy to see that the container is sealed with a peel-off foil lid underneath the metal cap. There is no plastic in sight at all. It contains 60 capsules, and the dosage is twice per day, so about a one month supply. Though we don't mind it here and just swallow easily without water, the capsules themselves are quite large as you can see in the pictures. So be mindful that you'll need to take two of them as well if you find it hard to swallow large things. Broadly speaking, the ingredients are nice and reasonable. Mostly around 50% or less NRV two capsules, which is a welcome change from some unreasonably high doses I've seen. It says it's free from added colours, flavours, sugars and presevatives. It's also suitable for vegetarians. A nice, sensible multivitamin.
