Hi there! You can probably wear this as a costume or party dress if you wear a bra or under shirt. There is not much support for your chest and is very revealing up there. With a proper bra and shorts underneath (because it’s quite short), you could wear this as a typical party dress/costume. I don’t recommend this dress for anything formal though! It is too short for that!
