Is this a toddler size?

Yes....Our grandson wears a little boy size 4, this gave him room to grow.

Not sure what size to buy my six year old godson. buying fromt he uk to send to friends in the us, but not sure of sizing. does sizing relate to age?

It runs very small. I bought an 8 for my son who is also 6 and on the small side and it JUST fit. I would have bought a size 10.

I would think the sizing is the same at toddler sizes. this is a birthday present, so I haven't seen it on him yet. I think you would be safe getting the 5T size.

Ich habe es anhand der Rezension bestellt. Allerdings hieß es, er fällt viel zu klein aus. Dem stimme ich nicht zu. Er ist einfach nur für schmale Kinder! Körperlänge entspricht der Kleidergröße. Slim fit eben!
