Review: Plastic & Heat Don’t Mix - Maybe some thought should have been put behind the fact that these heat up and melt easily when placed on knobs that are right above the oven. We practice leaving the oven open a crack when broiling and these started melting. In general anything that’s near heat should probably be heat resistant. We had to throw these out- thank goodness they didn’t melt and adhere to the knobs and cause damage to the stove. Review: Five Stars - Just what I needed for the in-laws house.

Totally recommend!
I bought these for a friend, She has a small kitchen, and if she brushed against her gas cooker kobs in passing, she could accidentally cause a gas leak. She has since bought some for her elderly mother, for a similar reason. She has told me that she is delighted with them
