Is this compatible with TCL 50S434?

Yes, it is compatible with TCL 50S434 TV.

How do you change to different TV inputs?? HDMI, Antenna, etc. It doesn't appear to have a button for this basic function.

If you are using the fire stick, I don’t think there is a function to change the input. The remote only runs the Firestick. If you have a fire TV, then there should be a button on the home screen right next to your profile, picture or icon on the left-hand side.

How do I remove the battery cover?

Push down on the back of the remote control to open the battery cover.

Hola, es compatible con el tcl 50p725?

Sí, es compatible con TCL TCL 50P725 TV.
