How does Intake help reduce snoring?

Intake can help to reduce snoring by widening the nasal passages and improving airflow. We've found that most users experience immediate results, while others may need up to 15 days to adapt to nose breathing exclusively.

I have sensitive skin. Is the adhesive safe?

Yes, it’s safe. Intake uses FDA-registered, medical-grade materials that are hypoallergenic, latex-free, and made in the USA. Our tabs are gentle on skin yet strong enough to stay put all night.

Will it hurt or feel uncomfortable?

Intake works differently from nasal strips. Instead of pulling on the bridge of your nose, the tabs anchor on the sides, so you avoid the bridge pressure and pulling common with nasal strips. Intake also sits externally. Nothing goes inside your nose

Will this make my nose permanetly bigger?

No. Intake is an external nasal dilator. It temporarily supports the nasal valve to improve airflow while worn and your nose returns to baseline when removed. Only surgery or trauma can permanently change nasal soft tissue or cartilage.
