Convenient Control for Outdoor Lights
This outdoor remote control outlet has made managing my patio lights so much easier. The weatherproof design holds up in rain and cold, and the remote works from inside the house without issues. Easy to plug in and set up - handles multiple devices at once. Range is solid up to 100 feet, and it's great for holiday decorations too. Reliable and saves trips outside - worth having for any yard setup.

Recommend buying
Hooked it up to my string of LED lights on my deck and it works perfectly. I like to turn my lights on and off when its raining as to not be afraid to get a shock. Love the product, works good and price was fair. I recommend product. I used two strings of lights from Harbor Freight.

Works great for my humingbird feeders in freezing weather
I absolutely love this DEWENWILS remote control outdoor power outlet. Previously I was using aThermo Cube Model TC-3, thermostatically controlled outlet (purchased on Amazon) to try to keep my 2 hummingbird feeder's liquid from freezing. That thermostat was supposed turn on at 35 degrees and off at 45 degrees. I found that thermostat to be very unreliable for my needs. So I searched for a different solution. My feeders are under a covered deck so using the DEWENWILS power outlet wasn't an issue as it's protected from the weather. I have 7 watt feeder heaters attached to each of my feeders and have the heater's power cords connect to the DEWENWILS power outlet. Now, all I have to do when I know the temps will drop to 32 degrees or lower is stand inside my house and press the outlets remote control to ON. So happy to have a reliable solution.

Perfect for us lazy people
I purchased this so I can reset my internet modem/router without having to leave my computer desk and traverse the deep bowels of where wires and cables and blinking lights live. Internet stops working? Just tap the remote OFF, wait 30 seconds and tap the remote ON again. That simple! It seems to work 100 to 200 feet away. So worth it.It's worth noting that when there's a power outage, the switch will stay OFF when the house's power comes back on. So you will need to manually turn it back ON with the remote after there's a power outage. I did open it up but there are no dip switches to change its behavior. It would be nice if they added a switch to configure whether it defaults to ON or OFF, especially if your remote goes missing or the battery dies so it can still be used as a dumb power splitter. (If you lose the remote then you will need to blob solder onto the circuit board to bypass the electronics to make this a dumb power splitter. Or jut throw it away.)

Defective product, great customer service.
Remote outlet stopped working after less than 2 months. Was out of Amazon return window so reached out to the company directly. They were unresponsive. Disappointed and wish I would have spent a couple of extra dollars with a company with better customer service.UPDATE: customer service reached out to me via Amazon in an effort to make this right. Turns out they had already reached out to me directly but their correspondence had gone directly to junk mail, so this is something to mind mindful of if you contact them. They have gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. A good company isn’t one that never gets things wrong, but one that does the right thing to fix things when they do inevitably go wrong. When the product works it is perfect, the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because I am slightly nervous about the longevity of the product after the first one broke down so quickly. I’m hoping it was just a one off (these things happen). If it lasts the test of time I would happily rate it at 5 stars.

Good quality build and plenty of room for three items
Has a good quality build. I like that you can plug in three items and there's enough room for all three plugs.

A very useful item
Took this on a recent camping trip and it was really useful to be able to plug in multiple outdoor items into one plug and shut off easily with a remote. Recommend.
