Lower flow rate...
A nice quite pump.... However it does not put on the 400 gallons per hour as advertised. Measurement by filling a 2 gallon bucket seems to be about 250 GPH.. This is a new install and the adjustment at the front is set to the max flow. It is running a little water fall in the pond so I will keep it.

Better than expected!
I bought this for a whiskey barrel patio pond and it is plenty strong enough. Almost creates a whirlpool when using the larger valve and wide open! If it keeps working, it will be one of my favorite purchases. Hey "Jay Consumer"... if you wanted the heavier duty 3 pin cord, you should have chose it and paid the extra dollar. My 3 pin cord is very thick.

Great little pump for the $$
This is my 3rd little pump I have purchased to run my fountains. For the money you can't go wrong. They are strong, quiet, and keep on running. I run them 24 /7 and my 1st one has been running for months so far. I bought an expensive one the 1st time ( I thought more money = better quality ), and I didn't want to keep messing with them. It lasted a year. Since I can buy 4 of these for the same price, I think I will come out ahead. I do have them submerged in a mesh bag to keep the debris out of the motor.

Small pump. Not very powerful
Have it pumping about 3 feet to a little waterfall in a backyard pond. Doesn't move alot of water very quicly. Kind of just a trickle. Should have purchased something more powerful, but thought at 400gph it would really move water. It doesn't

Small but Powerful Pump
Small size worked well in outside fountain. Intake clogs easily though, had to put a screen in to block leaves from getting to it.

Can't beat the quality or the price
I have purchased these multiple times when replacing motors for waterfalls and ponds that I have had for years. Can't beat the value for the money, easy to clean, and very strong motors.

WORST PUMP I EVER HAD!!!
This pump worked great for about a month before we started to have problems with it and now it doesn’t work at all. We tried different ways to to fix it, like plugging it into another power outlet and unplugging it for a few days without any water around it but nothing worked and now we do not have a pump. I never had a pump that stopped working after 1 month. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN!!!

Great pump for outdoor fountain
Works great! Installed in a 3 tier fountain. Compact so it fit better out of sight in the suction area of the fountain.
