Quick summary: this is a great facial cleaning brush, as long as you don't expect to be using the heat function....Longer story: I got this little guy as a "test" before shelling out the big bucks for a luna. Never having used an ultrasonic brush like this, I immediately fell in love! The vibrations FEEL great and relaxing, cleansers foam up beautifully, and my face did feel considerably cleaner and more radiant. I was so happy with it, I decided to splurge for the luna 4. Lo and behold, I like this guy more! the bristles feel better, it's easier to hold, and easier to maneuver around my face (especially nose area).Why 3 stars instead of 5 then? A deceptive "heating" function. After trying to get the heating function to work several times (assuming the "5 second" heat claim on the listing was accurate), I reached out to the manufacturer. Whelp - turns out it takes 60-90 seconds to warm up! not 5! And since it only warms up on the "eye protection" mode which is basically an intermittent vibration, and kind of useless in my opinion - that means that to get the benefits of the heat, you have to sit there holding the thing for over a minute before it becomes useful at all. You can't even set it down during that time because it'll vibrate right off of anything you set it on. Well - the price point is such that I'm still happy with it without the heat, but I can't give 5 stars to a product that deceptively advertises an essentially useless feature.

I can't explain how awesome this is especially for sensitive skin! It's easy to use this in and out of the shower! The speeds are great for if you've had a dirty day or if you just want to freshen up! The quality is a lot better than the ones that have bristles on them and I've found the exfoliation part is a lot better as well! It is very versatile because it is waterproof but I can also take it on the go and do a dry facial massage too!

I am rather disappointed. This is an EXCELLENT PRODUCT. I have had it since January. It is now June and suddely it won't turn on. I charge it properly. I suppose I could just use it with no power.I like the product so much I am tempted to repurchase. Just conflicted now.

I have been looking for years for a tool that finally felt like it not only lasted long and was good quality but actually made my rather red and easily agitated skin (face) feel clean. This one tipped the scale on many levels. Sturdy but fairly light weight. A lovely case to store it in and completely water proof so no fear of damage like those silly brushes that run on battery power and after only a few uses become useless. I plan on recommending this to everyone I know for sure. I love the curves in the design too that helps get into the eye sockets and on the sides of the nose deep in the creviceA++++++
