Choose your flavor: place coating in large ziplock bag or bowl, moisten food product in warm water, tumble food in breading, let it sit 1-2 min and cook.

I use the original and Cajun mixes. This product is all I have used since discovery at a fishery on Lake Superior years ago. Legendary Northwoods is a newer name still made by Mies. Best fresh water fish coating ever. Use the cajun for catfish.
