I am writing to report an issue with a pair of shoes I recently purchased from amazone. Within three months of purchase, the material on the back side of the shoes has already damaged. I am very disappointed with the quality of the material used for this product. Could you please let me know what options are available for a replacement ?

Very amazing quality shoes, loved the durability it feel when wearing, I've used for a week daily and it feels comfortable, I've not checked the waterproofing by spilling water on the shoe and it seems promising, other than that the color is good, i felt size little loose but that is okay for me, overall i think it is good value for money in terms of protection it provides.
