This is my first time buying this particular brand of oil, and so happy with my choice. It is light, smooth and good for cooking and dressing salads etc. I don't mind paying that bit extra for a quality product and in my personal opinion was not disappointed at all. Wonderful Taste

Disappointingly Bland and Lacking Character
Although it ‘did the job’, I was left a bit disappointed with this Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as it lacked the depth and character I expect from a quality product. I found it surprisingly bland, with minimal flavour complexity. There was none of the distinctive 'bite' or peppery finish at the back of the throat that typically indicates freshness and high polyphenol content. For me, it unfortunately failed to enhance dishes in the way I would expect a good EVOO should.
