After using Lakshmi krishna natural weight loss powder, I got good results and didn't face any side effects.

Side Effects of powder
The powder gives very good result for weight loss after drinking with hot water daily morning. I drank Past 1 and half months daily (Jan-2026) but i had side effect of prolonged menstruation which was for 10 days this month (Feb-2026). I am not sure if it is because of the ingredients in the powder. Kindly use it based on your body adaptability. Also let me know if anybody has experienced the same.

Worst product
Worst in taste consuming with hot water don't expect magic with this product. I used almost for 3 weeks & after consuming feel strong vomiting sensation. I threw the balance pack. Sorry to Amazon for having such products with this kind of claims.
