I bought this for my grandson who is entering his teen years and needed an upgrade. It was everything he asked for. The price was great and in comparison to similar items, you can’t beat it. The zipper is holding up and no struggles to open or close it. Grandson loves that it has rollers on it and is able to carry everything he needs for trips and not have to carry more than one bag. We wanted to get him something durable because he’s pretty hard on luggage. This has definitely held up!! He can charge his phone as well and that’s a major plus these days. The other selling point for this bag is that it has a cup holder so he doesn’t have to constantly hold his cup while he’s waiting for a flight or standing in line.
