I was a bit skeptical about this but I glad I brought it it's very easy on the knees and elbow I use for yoga and exercise without pain in my body thanks you , and the price was not bad because I seen others and they are really small the XXL is the best if you are look for comfortable without pain .

Doing work on the ground, knee pads are a must, but sometimes they get uncomfortable too, creating sweaty areas on the backs of your knees, or cutting into the backs of your legs, depending on the type/style. Sometimes you just don't want to have to strap those dang things on. And, if you aren't crawling all over the place laying tile or installing baseboards, this pad is a great alternative when you simply need a padded area to do extended work in a single area. Sure, this may be an alternative usage, but maybe it's still related to physical therapy in that it will hopefully prevent me needing physical therapy on my knees in the future! (This also works great as a seat when working in otherwise unforgiving terrain...say, for instance, landscape rock next to an air conditioning unit...)

Sturdy build. I like the larger size and being able to use it a couple of ways because I'm still regaining balance and cannot yet step over it length wise. Also, I was afraid it would compress due to my weight but it hasn't.
