I just wasted my money getting this
It does not work on any device that I have. I used the disk first and tried to download the software. My computer was not compatible. I downloaded a QR scanner then scanned the bar code with my cell phone, (Android). I followed the instructions just to find that my device was not compatible. I did this with my desktop computer, tablet, amazon tablet, and cell phones. It was not compatible. The product was delivered on time and was intact as expected. When I plugged it into the USB the light came on. I just couldn't use it on any device that I had. 5 different devices were not compatible to use the endoscope. I just wasted my money getting this.
