Both the lime and lemon products provide a natural flavoring of their fruit. So many ways to use. Try a sprinkle on your cut up apples. Really adds a pop to every dish; cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, Mexican food, rim your margarita glass. Lemon on fish or any dish calling for lemon or lime juice. And Zero Calories!

Great for Guac and Other Recipes that Benefit from Lime Flavor without all the Liquid of Lime!
LOVE this stuff! I add it to guacamole to give intense lime flavor without adding too much liquid and to lots of other dishes that benefit from lime flavor. These shakers do sometimes get clogged and the lime crystals clump from moisture retention, which doesn't happen if you buy the individual packets, but I just stab at the clumps with a skewer and they loosen up and all is good for my purposes. It's more economical than the individual packets, so it's worth it, but I do like the individual packets too and buy them when they are on sale.

This is essential if you like to have fresh limes on hand 24/7, but don't have time to always go to the market. Better than bottled lime juice IMO. Great in guacamole, on popcorn with chili powder, in rice, fresh pico, or my fave--- on watermelon. I also use this to balance out a flavored water if too sweet!

Fantastic and tasty product. I first learned about this brand on an Alaska Airline flight, I asked if I could get a lime with me drink and they handed me a little packet of this stuff. It tastes like fresh squeezed lime, no chemical taste at all. I've repurchased many times.

Never have limes go brown and hard in the fridge again! I use this powder to replace lime juice in recipes. It is fantastic!!!!

I absolutely love this stuff. I use it on so many things. I put it on my salmon, my Indian food, my Peugeot food in fact most of my takeouts, as well as most of the food, I cook! I am a lemon fiend, and this is really good. Highly recommend although a tad expensive
