Work great
These are great! I do think there is a lot of packaging and it was a bit difficult to peel back to the individual patch and wish once you peeled it you didn't need to flip it to place the serum onto it but could of dropped it onto it while still in the packaging once peeled open for better ease of the process. These do have a pricking intensity when first pressed on as expected but nothing overly painful. It is a prick however so if that is not something you want then I wouldn't choose this dot. They stick on very well and don't come off on their own which is what you want, it to stay on. They do reduce and prevent a cyst from coming into a huge mess. I applied one onto one side of my face that had one in the same spot on the opposite side of my face which I left without a dot and just applied a topical acne product on and the side that I applied the dot flattened out whereas the side I didn't now has swollen broken skin and has a new cyst beside it so that is how I tested how truly effective these are and I can say I wish I had applied a dot to both sides of my face in the new cysts both that had just popped up that evening. These are comfortable enough to wear for the duration and do absorb nicely especially for ones with the spikes. Not sure what is in the serum you apply to the dot or can also apply the face which I also tested out on its own and it does do some reduction even without a dot but can sting a bit so something to be aware of. Overall id buy these again and do think they are worth the money. They aren't the thickest I've ever applied but not the thinnest either. I'd say thick enough to absorb and easy to grip but lay against the skin surface flat enough that its not super obvious that you have one on your face nor going to get a raised edge caught on something and then easily be pulled off such as a pillowcase or blanket while you sleep.

Holy buckets
It is a little pricy for how many you get. But. It works like no other! I have tried a ton of different patches and this one takes the cake for sure. Works great! It is not discreet though so if you need that this is not for you.

Just OK
I had high hopes for these acne patches, particularly because they’re fairly pricey for just 6 patches! I recently used them when I had a sudden breakout of two side-by-side pimples. Unfortunately I did not feel like they did much to relieve the breakout, even after wearing them for two nights. I did not feel like they did a better job than other blemish patches I have used. Because of this, and the fact that they are more expensive and only contain 6 in each package, I am not likely to order them again.

Not Seeing The Advertised Results
I have had a zit raging just below my skin. It's been red and sore to the touch but clearly not at the point where I can pop it and relieve some of the swelling. So I thought that using microdarts would help to relieve the pain and swelling. I actually used a regular pimple patch the first night and although that only showed minimal signs of working, it did make the bump a little less red and irritated. So I thought the microdarts would be able to pierce in there, deposit it's magnesium or whatever in there, and at the same time, pull out the gunky stuff through the hydrocolloid patch. I will admit, the thought of all the microdarts made me a little nervous at first but actually, they are tiny and although you can still feel them, it's not too bad. There is a metal snowflake design so definitely not a conspicuous patch at all but hey, I'm sleeping in it so I don't care. I am actually excited in the morning when I wake up but geez, I pulled it off and the patch looked like it pulled nothing out and my zit was just as red and swollen as it had been the night before. What happened to "starts working the moment it touches your skin"?!?!Lies.

Prickly
The product is different from any pimple patch I’ve ever used considering it’s prickly when you put it on. The only thing is that you have to use it consistently which isn’t logical considering the fact you only get a little bit in the pack. And it doesn’t pull the pimple off it just makes it ready to pop.
