Oxyshred is a great addition to your supplemental intake if you’re consistent with your fitness and nutrition and I’ve seen a lot of progress while using it and their other products such as the oxygreens, collagen, and protein. My goal rn is recomping, It’s definitely working my weight is the same but my body fat percentage dropped and my abdomen is toning up paired with deep core exercises, weighted core exercises and most importantly being consistent. I've been going to the gym for 2 months and I've had this every day! Not only does it taste good but it's nice because you don't get any jitters or itching that I've heard about with other pre-work out drinks. I will say that you feel the warm when you drink it to help you burn or shred but it's nothing to be scared or worried about but I gave some to a friend and he felt it when I don't even pay attention to it. But it taste like kool-aid! Mixes great in my shaker bottle and mixes well with other things like creatine or even my collagen

I've gotten oxyshred many times, kiwi strawberry is usually the cheapest but it is absolutely the worst flavor. I finished the whole thing and I swear I would just take it like a shot because it was NOT good. I've had some other flavors...peach mango is good and you can't go wrong with the watermelon. It's a good little energy boost, I believe 150g of caffeine. I feel like it makes me sweat more, but definitely good for working out in general.

Great pre workout without the jitters and crash. I feel like I can still feel normal when I take this, unlike other preworkouts that cause me to have bad anxiety and nausea.
