Worth it !!!
Used to restore various pieces of furniture. Works like a charm , covered white rings , scratches and scuffs , left wood rejuvenated and looking nourished . Had considered either stripping or painting some of the pieces , but not necessary now !

Excellent stuff Renovated a table easily with good results. Just a quick clean and two coats and sorted. No need to strip ss it says on the tin

Quality product. I guess if you want the best it may cost that bit more. But worth it.
Only tried a small area so far. I am planning to lightly sand back engineered wooden floor and using this to stain. The bit I did try was impressive, and I'm looking forward to see it finished.

This stuff is magic!
A friend recommended this to me and I have used it on lots of scratches and marks and always comes up a treat, it really is magic. Easy to use and a little goes a long way. This bottle will last for years!

Bad batch?
I had used this before and it was good. I bought some more to use on a matching piece of furniture from a set varnished with shellac and it ruined the finish, gentle application with a cloth didn't remove a heat ring and caused a patchy looking result. I had to sand and refinish BOTH pieces to get them to match.

Wood stain
Didn’t work at all. Wish I had kept my money. Very disappointed ☹️

Gave antique wood a new lease on life
I’m honestly impressed with this product. I used Restor-A-Finish on an antique piece that had a lot of faded areas, scratches, and years of wear, and I wasn't expecting such dramatic results. It brought much of the wood back to life, blended in small imperfections, and restored the richness of the finish without having to completely strip or refinish the majority of it. It was easy to apply, and the transformation was almost immediate. The piece looks refreshed while still keeping its original character and patina. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to revive older wood furniture without a full restoration project. The top of the piece had many marks and large imperfections i did not expect the Restor-A-Finish to magically fix, but I tried it out of curiosity figuring I'd still need to fully refinish anyway. The marks are definitely there, but the wood looks so healthy I might just leave it. I applied using #0000 steel wool and followed treatment up with Howard Feed-N-Wax to seal it in and continue feeding the starved wood.

Best Products Ever
I recently used Howard’s Wood Products and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted to update my kitchen cupboards without breaking the bank. I posted a before and after, and honestly, the results speak for themselves. The transformation is incredible—my wood surfaces look refreshed, vibrant, and well-protected. The product was easy to apply, and the finish is smooth and natural-looking. Highly recommend for anyone looking to bring new life to their wood. I used the Feed-n-wax after the restor-a-finish.

Makes old furniture new again!
I wish I had this sooner. All my antique furniture looks amazing again. I had a huge white spot on my buffet from a spill that Howard's took out. I'd tried many other products to get it out, but nothing else worked. I followed it up with the Feed n wax to try to keep the finish bright for a long time.
