I love to watercolor but I have such a time with getting all the paint from the brush and used to struggle with muddy colors. I love that it has a place to put your brushes to dry upright, the little water replacement feature is so genius! The only thing I would change is the drain, as it only takes out a bit of water. I find myself just taking the entire thing to the sink to dump and refill water when needed.

Easy to fill, use, and empty. So simple a child can use it without help. No leaks. The water well flushes clean. It really works as well as advertised. I'm not sure how long it will last, as the plastic seems a bit flimsy.

I bought this to speed up brush cleaning with watercolor paint. Switching colors is fast and easy and the draining reservoir always has a fresh fill of clean water. I didn't have the "always-draining" problem that others have reported, but there are things about this product that could be improved.First, the built-in brush holder is a great idea, but when you hit the button to change the water in the reservoir, some of the paint water winds up in the separate compartment where the brush handles go. Then you pull a brush out and the end is wet and dripping. The drain plug won't drain that area, so the top has to come off and the body has to be tipped over to drain it.Second, the bottle has a thread to it but the top doesn't. That results in the cap being very difficult to remove to refill it.Third, After time, residual paint from swishing and cleaning brushes will stain the sides of the reservoir. It seems to stay on the plastic and doesn't contaminate the brush cleaning process, but it bothered me. I had to use 91% alcohol to clean the reservoir on occasion.This product made switching colors so much faster and easier. Despite its shortcomings, I'm glad I bought it. It's a solid 4 stars for me, and it would have been an easy 5 if not for the above listed issues.

Truly fantastic at keeping the mess of painting contained and manageable. We live in a tiny apartment and space is a premium, but my kid loves to paint! This has made it so her brushes are consistently cleaned with the fresh water and the little indention for swabbing out the paint. The extra tray has deep wells so mixing the paint is easier and less sloppy. Only note is the little rubber cap is not installed on arrival and you must put it in place in the waste water container or it will leak.

I like the water-flushing function. The bottom compartment is sectioned to keep brush handles from the dirty water, but the compartments are not watertight and the brush handles are always wet. The plug/drain feature doesn’t apply as you will need to remove the top and physically empty it. Would love to refill the water bottle but the top absolutely Will. Not. come off after filling. The plastic threads between bottle and lid either don’t exist or exist badly. I’m sad. I’ll look for a higher quality version, I really wanted this to work. As it is, I will now need to punch a hole in the bottom of the bottle to refill it (and always store it upside down? no thx)

Started out very happy with this item. It worked the way it needed to. Then I used it today and the brush cleaning area will no hold water. I have tried different things to fix it and it still leaks.

It is made with a pretty light weight material, will see how it holds up.

I absolutely love this product. It is super easy to change the water when the reservoir is full, by pulling the plug on the side to drain. The grooves are perfect to scrub my brushes, but my favorite part is the built-in brush holder that keeps your brushes wet between uses while painting. The built-in pallet is cool because it acts as a lid when you aren't using the brush cleaner and it breaks down into a little box. Get it!

I love this so much! It's so much easier for me to paint.

I like the idea of this. It is great for the kids. Not easy to store but it does work to clean the brushes so that the paint stays clean. Usually at the end of painting all their paint colors are mixed up and the paint water is dark clouds greenish black....saves paint!
